Delete your account

This page explains how to delete your Turntakers account and what happens to your data.

In the app

Open Profile, tap “Delete account”, then confirm with “Delete”.

What happens

• Schedules where you’re the only admin pass to the next member.
• Schedules with no other members who use the app are deleted.
• Your past shifts stay in other people’s history as “Deleted member”.
• This can’t be undone.

Without the app

Write to hello@turntakers.app from the address you sign in with, with the subject “Delete account”. We’ll delete the account within 30 days and reply when it’s done.

What is deleted

• Your name.
• Your email.
• Your sign-in data.
• Your devices for notifications.
• Your notes on shifts.

Invites other people sent to your address stay with their schedules.
